We start with an extensive cleaning of your entire home to remove dust, dander, and other contaminants. Your home is thoroughly vacuumed first before any surfaces are wiped, polished or mopped. We never use feather dusters or Swiffers. We do extract and remove from your home 99% of all house dust.
Our advanced, state-of-the-art vacuum systems and techniques allow us to eliminate even the smallest dust particles from your home with maximum efficiency. The dust that we collect is accumulated in our HEPA-filtered vacuums so as to not be reemitted back into the air. The dust that we collect will be extracted from your home permenantly so you will have to make all new dust. Therefore, we are able to carry out all of the dust we collect out of the home. This Deep Cleaning starts with our signature Dust Removal services because it’s not going to be clean if you never get rid of the dust.
Estate Home Cleaning Services
We have all had the experience of doing our routine cleanings and the dust seems to come right back. Whenever you have this service performed it does not and cannot come right back because it is taken out from the environment. You will eventually build up dust again but not the same dust, dander & allergens.
Our process:
- Includes the vacuuming of all furniture, fans, blinds & shudders, tops of cabinets, baseboards, trim, window sills and cobwebs.
- Along with picture frames, fronts and backs of doors. particular wall areas, wallpaper and behind beds & night tables and headboards. If you will strip the beds for us, the mattresses are included as well.
- Lastly, we can damp wipe or polish furniture legs and broad surfaces before mopping and vacuuming all floors.
- A separate cleaning and sanitizing can be done for the Kitchen & Bathrooms (Maid service) includes cleaning the tubs showers mirrors and floors.
- If the home is vacant the interior and exterior of all cabinets & drawers, appliances are cleaned too including the entire counter space.
